OUR Mission

The Discalced Carmelite Friar Community at the Oakville Carmelite House of Prayer is dedicated to living the Teresian Charism through prayer, community life and ministry. As a House of Prayer we strive to enliven people's journey of faith by sharing the teachings of our Carmelite Saints in a prayerful environment that will assist their spiritual development.
